Flashing LED on Microcell

My company just bought a microcell and im trying to set it up, but its not working. All I see on the microcell itself is the power light, and a green flashing light under it. I thought maybe I had to wait a while to let it get going but its been sitting there like that for over 4 hours now. Anyone else getting this on thier microcell?

The LED directly under the power LED is the ethernet LED. If it is flashing, it means your MicroCell is not getting a valid IP address. The MicroCell needs a DHCP-assigned IP address to function. You need to check your cabling configuration.

Thank you for participating in the AT&T Business Forums. As stated in Shenanigans post the 3G MicroCell might not have an IP address. Please try the troubleshooting steps listed below:

Green/Flashing: Physical Connection but no IP address

  • Restart the MicroCell by unplugging the power cord and plugging it back in.
  • Unplug and plug the Ethernet cable back in.
  • Power off and then on the router, the modem and the computer in the order listed in the Getting Started Guide.

The 3g light should turn solid green in under 90 minutes. If it still does not work, please review these activation steps and troubleshooting guide in the links below.
