How to call forward from a non-working AT&T landline?

login to your account

select MyPhone DO NOT at any time select AT&T support center ( This will get you no where )
select Manage my Plan
under Phone details -- Manage Services select Manage Existing Features
Under features look for Call Forwarding (Status tells you last Recent Change
message sent)
select Manage on Call Forwarding line
If status is on then....... you will have to select off hit then Continue
then select Summit All Changes (this will take 15 to 20 minutes) You will get an email when the order is completed.

If status is off.... select On and type in the number you want forwarded to select Continue, then select Summit All Changes (this will take 15 to 20 minutes) You will get an email when the order is completed.
