How to setup a PTR request for AT&T Business Fiber

We are a business fiber customer and need PTR records created for the new block of IPs.  The support reps on the phone have told me that we need to move our Domain to AT&T in order for them to create the PTR record.  I already have a DNS registrar, and do not want another one to deal with.  I simply need someone on the back end to create the PTR record so we can send emails on the new IPs.  I've seen a lot of  forum posts with people in the same boat eventually they report that the issue was resolved.  This process has been much easier on other carriers.  I just:

  1. open a ticket
  2. prove I own the equipment
  3. Prove I own domain
  4. Someone on the carrier back end creates the entry

Can someone please help me contact the proper group to get this done.
