How to unlock devices purchased from AT&T Business
I have tried multiple times to unlock a tablet purchased through our business account using the AT&T unlock pages. It fails every time. It is out of contract and paid off. How do I unlock a device purchased though Business?

That solved the problem. It seems that items purchased through Business cannot be unlocked via the consumer unlock site and you have to contact Business Customer Support directly for that type on unlock.
They were able to provide the unlock code. Some explanation of this on the consumer site could save a lot of time and agony.
