Microcell

We have intermittent voice on all incoming calls on our at&t microcell. Is there a fix for this? A quick search on the internet shows others with the same exact problem.

We have the same problem here in central PA. One MicroCell in our office in Carlisle, one in our president's home in Carlisle, and my MicroCell at my home in Palmyra. All have the same problem as of the past few weeks. When an incoming call connects, it goes in and out for a few seconds. Since we are a business this is detrimental to our sales and support because we cannot communicate for the first 5-10 seconds of the call.
