Need to file a claim with risk management

I manage an association in Illinois, AT&T drilled a hole through our plumbing lines, and I want to submit a letter and documentation. They kept sending me to risk management but no one answers the phone, and the mailbox is full. Please advise asap. Laurie

Hello @lvelasquez1970

Thank you for posting on the Business Community.  The number would be 800-894-0374 M-F 8-7PM ET.  Is that the number you called?

A man dug whole in the front of our yard, without asking for permission. I would like to know what authorization does he have to do that and also what was he doing on our property when we don't even have AT&T. Please tell me how I find out why this whole was dug and who gave him authorization to do this.

We're happy to address your concern about the dig in your yard, @adriana56.

It's likely that your property has a utility easement on it.

Utility easements are strips of land used by utility companies to construct and maintain overhead electric, telephone and cable television lines, underground electric, water, and sewer.

If your property does have an easement, then AT&T (a utility company) is allowed to come onto the property and dig, even if you're not an AT&T customer.

We suggest that you check with your local county clerk or county land records office to find out if the previous deed on your house has an easement listed.

We hope this information was helpful. If you have any other questions, we'll be here.

Let's lead you to the right direction, @adriana56.

For property damage claims those are handled by Sedgwick, our claims administrator.

We have a article on our website that goes over filing the claim and how the whole process will go.

If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to reach back out.

Thanks for contacting us on AT&T Community Forums.

At first try to use this https://belkins.io/lead-research By addressing the problem of spam in your marketing efforts at its earliest stages, you can significantly reduce your overall email deliverability and increase your conversion rate.

At&t is so frustrating, call this number-disconnected, log into this website-no info found.

At&t dug up my driveway and did not replace the concrete. I am so furious of the carelessness and inconvenience this has brought upon me.

I called and filed a claim, waited a week and still not phone call from a rep , I am ready to take my own legal actions and media blast this company, with negative reviews.

So fed up!!
