Repeated Short-Term Outages - Digital Phone & Internet
We run our business with AT&Ts commercial internet and digital phone package. We had our service set up in November of 2021, so not quite 6 months from now.
For the last few weeks, we've been experiencing an increasing number of outages. The timing appears to be random. When the outages occur our phone will say "No Line" and our internet will go down.
When service is checked through the My AT&T app we are not listed as having a service outage, instead, it reads that our gateway is bad. Resetting the gateway does not affect the outage.
The outage lasts for anywhere from 15 minutes to about an hour and a half at our longest stretch. We can't schedule a service tech because there's no way to know when the outage will happen or how long it will last.
Our voicemail works while the line is down but we cannot take any calls or use the internet (which manages our (Edited per community guidelines) and sales).
Does anyone have a solution or insight as to what could be causing the outages and/or what we could do to prevent more from happening?
