I recently made a claim for damage to my car from a trench that at&t made across a road. Was told my claim was started and someone would be calling. I haven't received a call or email in a week now. I had to pay 2700 out of my pocket to get my car fixed so I can drive to work which is a 4hr daily drive. I'm furious and thinking of canceling my at&t cellular and satellite services because this is unacceptable

Hello this is Richard Long im writing this because I'm frustrated with the outcome of a claim i have with sedgwick about the dame to my rims and tires from a month ago. The claim person only response when I do the survey on how my claim is being handled. When she does respond its a pointing the finger about how she's waiting on a response from at&t.

I'm still waiting on sedgwick to finish my claim. This has been going on for a month with little or no response from my adjuster. She only replies when I send a survey in on her performance. I sent her everything she asked for and she keeps saying she's waiting on at&t. I already had to replace my own rims and tires and take 2700 out of my family income because I couldn't wait because I have to drive 2hrs for work everyday. This is very frustrating seeing that when all my at&t bills are do I quickly get a phone call if I'm late paying

Hello @Biggrich,
I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. AT&T's claims are handled through Sedgwick, our claims administrator. If you need to track an existing claim-you can reach the Claim Center at 855-365-4976. You can also create a login online here: http://sm.att.com/6bde0a66 to check status as well. The claims examiner will generally contact you within 3-5 business days to discuss the report and get additional information if needed.
