Setting Up Direct Lines and Call Rollover
Hi there,
I am trying to do two things with my AT&T business phone system:
1. I would like to setup 3 direct lines with unique phone numbers so that when these phone numbers are dialed, they will only ring at the assigned deskset rather than all the desksets.
2. I also would like to setup a call rollover system so that when there are incoming calls it will start ringing on one line and then after the first ring, go to the next line, and then after the third ring, go to all the lines.
Please let me know if this is something you can assist me with or if you can point me to the right place where I can learn more.
