Syn248 Dropped Lines
I have one Gateway, Netgear JGS524PE and 4 phones, SYN248, in use. I get our VOIP service from Suddenlink. When I contacted them, they looked at the line and logs to find no evidence of signal dropping or any other anomaly. The calls just randomly drop. I've looked through the gateway settings but don't see anything that looks off. Need help.
