Who to contact to make PTR record changes - reverse DNS (New Fiber Static IP)
Hello,
I just moved from AT&T DSL to Fiber network and our static IP addresses changed. I need to get someone to add a PTR record to resolve our static IP to our domain so that we will stop getting Reverse DNS rejection from outgoing emails. I have opened multiple tickets and no one seems to know what to do.

I Need a PTR set up for my fixed IP
I purchased a block of 5 fixed IP addresses from AT&T. I need 1 of those adresses set up with a PTR record for my DNS.
How do I proceed with this?
