I recently noticed a collections mark on my credit report from AT&T Mobility. We have been loyal AT&T customers for over 15 years and have paid the bill on time every month. This mark to my credit is impacting it greatly and we do not know why it is there. We would hate to have to take our business elsewhere if this does not get resolved quickly and to our benefit.
