2nd conversation about installing a utility pole being installed in my yard even though there isn't one there now

I started a conversation in November that was never resolved and is now closed.  I answered all of your questions and then never heard back.  AT&T via Starr construction wants to put a Utility pole in my back yard.  There is no pole in my yard now.  It is in my neighbor's yard.  This pole and the new one do not supply anything to my house.  It supplies my neighbor.   I do not want any utility line going across my yard if they are not servicing my home.  They want to install this pole tomorrow, May 6 2023.  If you do not conta them immediately to stop them I will be forced to call the police.  All my contact information is in the earlier conversation that I am sure you can see.
