I had, yes had, a Firstnet account. Switched to another company because of the horrible customer service I received at every level. I purchased a new 4th generation iPad Pro and wanted an Apple Pencil and a keyboard case for it. The store employee first ordered me items that were not compatible with a 4th generation iPad and I was told it was my responsibility to ship the items back and wait for my refund. Still waiting, it’s been over 3 weeks. Against better judgment, I had the store employee order the pencil again, hoping I would get the right one this time. Well I received nothing. UPS says they never received the item to ship. Neither the store or the help line will help me locate the item or give me a refund. Where can I go from here. Guess it’s time for my (Edited per community guidelines) to get involved. Horrible experience at every level.

Hey there @zimp73!
I received your case and reviewed it for a possible resolution. After consulting with additional sources of mine, it's advised that you return to UPS to dispute your claim so that the package may be located and forwarded to us.
Once our distribution center receives and processes the returned package, we can move forward with issuing you a refund for the devices. Currently, we are unable to fulfill any adjustments until the package shows in our system.
