Digging to replace sewage pipes

I have called 811 twice to request that someone from AT&T come out to my property to identify any buried lines so that my plumbing can be fixed. I have been without the use of my facilities for almost a week now and I’m trying to keep from being put on a waiting list to wait even longer.
