3 days ago I switched to FirstNet. We have 1-2 bars at best. Half of the time ‘No Service’ and 4G. Notifications are very late. As a first responder I Depend on reliable service. The first net service is horrible and not reliable. As soon as I can I am going back to the AT&T store in demand My old service. I do not recommend FirstNet to anybody who depends on good reliable cellular service.Â

I was told they do not offer quality cell service in my area (East Coast of Central Florida) which I find hard to believe but so be it. I was then told I am not currently under contract so find a new provider there is nothing they can do. How is it that I had service with AT&T but not FirstNet? I do not recommend switching to them!

I switched from Att to FirstNet and found the coverage much worse. Â I use the WiFi router in my home to make calls and several places I go if not by a window. Â It pains me to even use them anymore, but I was told I need band 14 which IPhone 7 does not have. Â I am ready to switch especially since I can get a large sum off a new phone purchase with another carrier. Â
