Guy Wires from Utility Pole in yard
We are putting in a pool in our backyard and have 4 guy wires that need to be moved back. We have located the owner of 3 of them, but need to find out who owns the 4th? We have checked with Comcast and GA Power and they say it's not theirs? Wondering if it is ATT's? And if so, can we have it moved? Sawnee EMC is moving their 3 15 feet further back.
