Accessing AT&T Message Archiving support
I’m looking for information on how to set up troubleshooting my AT&T Message Archiving. Does anyone know how to access the support documents?

The AT&T Message Archiving support documents can be accessed by logging into your account and clicking on the gear icon at the top of the page. A menu displays, and you can click on “Support” to load the support site, which contains how-to tutorials. See at our tutorial “Accessing AT&T Message Archiving support” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials for this and other products.
