Adding a keyword to trigger an auto reply using the AT&T Landline Texting

I thought I saw mention somewhere that AT&T Landline Texting lets you set up auto-reply messages based on the words a customer sends. Does anyone know if that’s possible, and if so, how to enable this feature?

Yes, AT&T Landline Texting includes the ability to create keywords that will send a reply to messages. To configure a keyword, log in and click on Keywords On near the top of the page. A list of configured keywords display. Click on the On option and then click on the text field to the left. Enter your desired keyword, and then click in the field under it to enter the desired reply message. See at our tutorial “Adding a keyword to trigger an auto reply using the AT&T Landline Texting web application” for more information.
