Adding an Auto Reply using the AT&T Landline Texting

My manager asked me to investigate the settings available for AT&T Landline Texting. For example, is it possible to have a message go out to customers if they reach out to us while our office is closed (after hours, holidays, etc.)?

Yes, AT&T Landline Texting includes an Auto-Reply feature that allows you to set scheduled messages for customers that message after hours, or during holidays. To create an auto-reply, click on Auto Reply On near the top of the page. The list of configured auto-reply messages displays, click on the + ADD button.
