You can have your users visit our support site at asecare.att.com which includes how-to tutorials on everything from general use to configuring settings and more. In this case, we recommend having your users see our tutorial “AT&T Message Archiving Frequently Asked Questions” for information on password requirements, registration information, message attachments, and more.
