Change a user’s email address in AT&T Message Archiving

One of our AT&T Message Archiving users advised me that their email address was incorrect. Does anyone know where I can go to update the email address?

You can access the User Management screen to make changes to user information. Log into AT&T Message Archiving and then click on Administration in the menu on the left. Then, click on User Management and the Edit button to the left of the desired user. Click on the field to the right of Primary Email Address and enter the new user’s email address.
