Change a user’s email in AT&T Landline Texting

Our company changed the approved convention for user emails. I need to update the AT&T Landline Texting user’s email addresses. Does anyone know where I need to go to change user email addresses?

AT&T Landline Texting user’s information can be edited by accessing the user’s list. Log in to the web portal and click on AT&T Landline Texting at the top left. A menu populates and you can click on Settings. The settings menu populates click on the Users tab. Scroll to and click on the desired user to see their details. Click on the Edit button and update the information as desired. Check out our tutorial “Changing a user’s email in the AT&T Landline Texting web application” for step-by-step instructions.
