Change a user’s role in AT&T Landline Texting
When my I.T. person initially set up our AT&T Landline Texting user accounts he set a few of the user’s permissions too high. How do I update this setting?

User roles define what users can access in AT&T Landline Texting. To edit a user’s role, log into the web portal. Click on “AT&T Landline Texting” at the top left of the home screen, and then click on “Settings”. See our tutorial “Changing a user’s role in the AT&T Landline Texting web application” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
