Change an AT&T Message Archiving user’s last name

I’m entering some new users into our AT&T Message Archiving account and realized that I entered one of my user’s last name incorrectly. How hard is it to update that? Do I have to recreate the user?

You don’t have to re-create the user AT&T Message Archiving user information can be edited by accessing the user list and clicking on the “Edit” button. To access the user list, click on “Administration” in the menu to the left of the home screen, and then click on the “User Management” link.
