Change an AT&T Message Archiving user’s last name
I performed an audit of the users that are configured to use our AT&T Message Archiving account and noticed that the list we used to enter their information had a few had typos in their names. Does anyone know how to change the entered username in the system?

You can edit AT&T Message Archiving user’s information by accessing the User Management menu. To do so, log in and click on Administration in the menu to the left of the web portal. Scroll through the user list to the desired user and click on the Edit button to the left. The user’s details display, and, in this case, you can click on the field to the right of “First Name” or “Last Name” and make the desired changes.
