Change the iOS settings to allow messages to be archived in AT&T Message Archiving
When I was configuring my AT&T Message Archiving account, I was told that I needed to change some settings on my phone to allow the application to archive messages. Does anyone know what those settings are and where I need to go to change them?

You will need to disable the iMessage setting to allow AT&T Message Archiving to archive messages. To disable the setting, tap on the Settings icon and then scroll to the iMessage section, and tap on the slider to the right to disable it.
