Create an AT&T Business Messaging contact in the AT&T Business Notification Center

I got a new sales lead today, and I’m looking to add them as a contact to AT&T Business Messaging. Where do I need to go to do that?

To create contacts for AT&T Business Messenger, you first need to access the AT&T Business Notification Center web portal. Once logged in, click on “Contacts” in the menu on the left side of the page and then click on “+ Add Contact” on the right side of the page. Take a look at our tutorial “Change your status message in AT&T Business Notification Center” for step-by-step instructions on creating contacts.  You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
