Create an auto reply in AT&T Landline Texting

I don’t recall where I saw it, but I saw an option that allows you to create a message via AT&T Landline Texting to notify your users if they reach out during off-hours. Does anyone know where I can set that up?

You can use Auto Reply messages with a scheduled start and stop time. This allows you to automatically send a message to customers if they reach out when your office is closed. To configure an Auto Reply with a Start and Stop time, log in and click on Auto Reply On near the top of the page. The configured Auto Reply messages display and you can click on the +ADD button at the bottom to add an Auto Reply message. See our tutorial “Creating an Auto Reply with scheduled start and stop times using the AT&T Landline Texting web application” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more tutorials on using Auto Reply messages.
