Deactivate an AT&T Landline Texting user
I was working on my company’s AT&T Landline Texting account and noticed that we have users that are no longer approved to use the application. How do I shut down their access?

You can change the AT&T Landline Texting user’s status to Inactive. To do so, log into the web application and then click on AT&T Landline Texting at the top left of the home page. A menu populates, and you can click on the Settings option. Then click on the Users tab to see the currently configured users. See our tutorial “Changing a user to an inactive status in the AT&T Landline Texting web application” for step-by-step instructions.
