Download a message attachment in AT&T Message Archiving
One of my co-workers advised me that they sent some files I need to my AT&T Message Archiving. Does anyone know how to save the files from the message?

You can download an attachment from an AT&T Message Archiving message by logging in and navigating to the desired message. The message list displays a paper clip to the right of the messages that contain attachments. Click on the icon to see a preview of the attachment. Next, click on the green box under the attachment preview and select where you would like to save the attachment. See our tutorial "Downloading a message’s attachment using the AT&T Message Archiving portal" for step-by-step instructions. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more tutorials on using AT&T Message Archiving account.
