Download an attachment in AT&T Message Archiving

One of my co-workers told me they sent me an attachment for one of my reports. We are using AT&T Message Archiving, and I’m not sure how I can save a copy to my computer. Does anyone know how to save an attachment?

To download an attachment from an AT&T Message Archiving message, log in and navigate to the message list. Scroll to the desired message and click on the paper clip icon to the right. A preview of the attachment displays, and you can click on the green box under the preview. The download dialogue populates, and you can choose where to save the attachment. See our tutorial “Downloading a message’s attachment using the AT&T Message Archiving portal” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more tutorials on using the messaging feature in AT&T Message Archiving.
