Edit an AT&T Business Messaging contact

When I set up my AT&T Business Messaging account, I created some contacts from my phone. A few of the vendors I work with have changed their email domain, and I need to update them in the system. Unfortunately, my IT department has my phone, so I’m not able to use it to make the changes. Does anyone know if I can edit them from my computer?

You can edit AT&T Business Messaging contacts by accessing the AT&T Business Notification Center. Once you log in, you can click on Contacts in the menu to the left to see a list of your contacts. Scroll to and hover over the desired contact and then click on the ellipsis icon that populates to the right. You can then click on Edit in the pop-up menu. The contact’s details display, and you can make the desired changes. See our tutorial “Edit a contact in AT&T Business Notification Center” for more information.
