Email to sms/mms - Whitelist Domain Name?

We are a fire district in Washington State and we use email to text for callback notifications to employees.  Some employees who are AT&T subscribers (employee personal phones) inconsistently receive the messages.  We wonder if a possible solution would be to whitelist our domain so your system does not view our messages as junk and filter sending them to the intended recipients?  Is whitelisting our domain possible?  If yes, who would I speak to?

@ATTBusinessForums Hello, I'm running into this same issue. We send Email SMS alerts to our users on request and they just recently stopped working. Previously no issues for over 15 years.

I tried to private message you using the link above but it wasn't clear on how to do so. I'm guessing the website changed a bit since then. Can you please instruct me on how to go about messaging you the information needed to get whitelisted?

@pcfd2019 , @snrproductions - did you manage to have your domains whitelisted? I'm running into the same problem and was wondering if this is an effective channel to get this resolved.
