Email to sms/mms - Whitelist Domain Name?

We are a fire district in Washington State and we use email to text for callback notifications to employees.  Some employees who are AT&T subscribers (employee personal phones) inconsistently receive the messages.  We wonder if a possible solution would be to whitelist our domain so your system does not view our messages as junk and filter sending them to the intended recipients?  Is whitelisting our domain possible?  If yes, who would I speak to?

No, I don't think this did the trick. Although it seemed the biz team tried to help, it didn't seem they knew how to fix it. Eventually, it did start working again but I think it was because the blacklist time expired. I think the key is to limit the number of texts that go out so it doesn't happen again.
