email to txt no longer working
my previous conversation with support team was closed on this issue - it is not resolved as of yet. if you can re-open that or start a new discussion i would appreciate it. The latest error message says that it is a problem with the "receiving email system isn't accepting from my email system" - meaning txt.att.net is not accepting our message.

Our organization has been using email to text to communicate with our distributed operations team. Recently the messages are being blocked from out AT&T network phones. This is a critical tool for our business. Is there a setting we need to update to allow messages through?

Hello Richard, my team stated the following. Did this help? I can follow up with my team.
They should send the e-mail to @txt.att.net or (if they want to send more than just simple text) @mms.att.net. For example, they had the number (484) 752-2252 in the images they sent. That would be 4847522252@@txt.att.net or mail to:4847522252@mms.att.net

We are sending the messages to those email extensions. they are being blocked by AT&T servers. There was nothing in my direct messages except the "closed" chat from the last discussion attempting to resolve this. i believe i need my companies server whitelisted so it is not blocked as SPAM.

Richard, I did hear back from my team.
Please ask the customer to send us examples of the errors they’re seeing. What
they’ve sent us to date haven’t shown attempts to send to http://sm.att.com/7bad3926 or
http://sm.att.com/f03152d2 addresses.

similar situation a server sends notifications to @txt.att.net and @vtext.com, users are getting the texts to vtext.net just not txt.att.net
