Emails blocked and abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net unresponsive

We've had a couple of dedicated IP addresses that we've sent email from for years and everything was fine but unfortunately a couple of months ago we were forced to migrate to a couple of new dedicated IP addresses.  Since the IP migration we've been receiving blocks when attempting to get business related emails to *@att.net and *@bellsouth.net addresses.

Block Examples:

[email scrubbed] 5.3.0 alph761 DNSBL:RBL 521< XXX.XXX.XXX.57 >_is_blocked. For assistance forward this error to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net

[email scrubbed] 5.3.0 alph771 DNSBL:RBL 521< XXX.XXX.XXX.58 >_is_blocked. For assistance forward this error to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net 

We've sent a few emails so far to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net with details of the blocks but have yet to hear back outside of receiving an automated email.  

Can @ATTBusinessForums or @ATTBusinessCare assist with finding out the current status or escalate the issue for us?

Chris assisted in getting this corrected for us.  As of 02/23/23 emails are no longer getting rejected from our IPs.

Have you emailed the abuse email address?  It typically can take 5 business days to resolve.

Yes.  We emailed the abuse email address on 02/13, 02/16, and 02/20 but there has been zero response outside of getting an automated email.

This process really needs to be shored up at ATT because I see the forum is flooded with companies having the same exact problem.  Its almost like it is getting routed to an IT team who has zero organizational skills and could care less about working false positive blocks like ours.  This should instead be driven through a customer support team who can act as a middle layer or liaison between us and the team responsible for unblocking emails.

We are also experiencing the same problem with AT&T blocking our server IP. We do not appear on any blocklists at all.
