Export a message list from a search in AT&T Message Archiving

I’m working on closing out a project and need to save a series of messages to do so. Does anyone know if there is an easy way to do this in AT&T Message Archiving?

AT&T Message Archiving includes the ability to export messages to Excel. This includes the ability to search for a term in the messages and export the results to Excel. To export a list of messages from search results, click on the search field and enter your desired term. The results display, and you can click on the Export All button above the message list. A dialogue displays options for how you would like to export the messages. Select the desired options and click on the Create Export button. See our tutorial “Exporting all messages from a search to an Excel file in the AT&T Message Archiving portal” for step-by-step instructions.
