Export all messages to an Excel file in AT&T Message Archiving
I am tasked with backing up our information for a work order that we completed. The work was performed for about half the year, and I want to see if there is an easy way to save all the messages related to it at once. Does anyone know if this is possible in AT&T Message Archiving?

Yes, AT&T Message archiving allows you to export the results of a search to Excel. To perform this, log in and click on the search field to the left of the messages list. Next, enter your desired search terms and press the Enter key on your keyboard. The message list updates with the relevant messages, and you can click on the “Export All” link at the top right. The download dialogue displays and you can choose the desired settings. Check out our tutorial “Exporting all messages from a search to an Excel file in the AT&T Message Archiving portal” for information.
