Forward a single message in AT&T Message Archiving

My phone is with our IT group, and I realized that I need to send one of the messages on my AT&T Message Archiving account to a co-worker. Does anyone know if I can do that from my laptop?

Yes, you can use the AT&T Message Archiving portal to forward messages. To forward a message, log in and navigate to the message list. Scroll to and click on the desired message. Click on the More dropdown at the top right of the message preview. Click on Forward in the menu that populates. The message forwarding dialogue displays, and you can choose who to forward the message to or if you would like to copy other users. See our tutorial “Forwarding a single message using the AT&T Message Archiving portal” for more information.
