I need very urgent help from a ATT small business manager and small business expert, please...

Hello, I am putting this post in bold because I am in a very urgent small business situation.  I have been sent in circles over all this for 2 weeks now - still with no satisfactory resolutions to my issues.  Would you please email me/message me direct and I will respond ASAP with my concerns.  Much too lengthy for a regular post as such.....

Sorry in advance to anyone who is offended by my manner of grammar and/or spelling errors…

 Started w att over 20 years ago at the time they had iPhone exclusivity.
Skip forward December 2021 when  telemarketed by att telesales, was talked into free phone,with 6 lines that ended up costing me thousands.
Perhaps thats why I cannot get any resolve.
Started undoing the sales mess in December 2022 and am on my 4th case event numbers and now going over 4 months to resolve.
I have been told a large refund should be issued to me supposedly for non usage…but I been told so many things by so many people that it’s obvious that I’m getting the runaround instead.
I’ve literally logged 30+ hours on phone calls with cs loyality and now collections etc.
IMO someone should have taken ahold after seeing how poorly this has been handled.
Instead  theres been no effort of creating customer loyality by anyone team.
Anything helpful would be nicely appreciated

Hi I sent a screenshot showing no icon 

Ive signed up and posted here only to get a message that says lets DM using the chat icon at top right screen.
I don't have the DM button (tried multiple browsers, sign ins etc.) I replied and got the same stupid...... Lets meet on DM...
can you please send a link,email or anything that helps me get to a solution for my ongoing problem.
