Locate a Message ID in AT&T Message Archiving
I’m working on one of our internal cases, and we are required to include messages sent to our client including those sent in AT&T Message Archiving. I saw somewhere that an ID is assigned to each message processed by the system. Where do I go to see the ID for a message?

To see the message ID in AT&T Message Archiving, navigate to and click on the desired message. The message content displays, click on the dropdown arrow to the right and then click on “Additional Info”. The Message ID and mailbox information displays.
