Log into AT&T Message Archiving from a new device

I completed a lease roll for my work computer and am trying to log into AT&T Message Archiving. However, when I entered my login information, it asked me for a code. Does anyone know where I need to go to get that information?

The initial log into AT&T Message Archiving automatically enabled multi-factor authentication. Once you have entered your login credentials, an email is sent to the email accounts associated with your account. Copy the code from the email and paste it into the field that displays. See our tutorial “Logging in to the AT&T Message Archiving portal with a new device” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more tutorials on using AT&T Message Archiving.
