Our number appears to be blocked by At&t

Good morning,

I work for an online pharmacy and it appears that our sms system powered by twilio is not delivering messages to At&t customers. We are not transmitting any PHI or HIPAA data over sms, but our customers do benefit from the communication from us. Is there any information on confirming why we may be blocked? Also, how does one go about returning service to At&t customers.
