Reset your password in AT&T Message Archiving
I just returned from vacation and can’t seem to remember my password for AT&T Message Archiving. Is there a way to reset it without needing to reach out to my I.T. department?

AT&T Message Archiving includes the ability to reset your password if you forget it. To reset your password, access the login page and click on the “Forgot your password” link. A dialogue box populates, and you can enter your username and email address, then click the “Reset password” button. Make a note of the PIN code that displays on the following page and open the email message sent regarding your password reset request.
