Reset your password in the AT&T Message Archiving portal

I am having trouble logging into my AT&T Message Archiving account. I was out of the office for a while and cannot remember my password. Do I have to reach out to my IT department?

AT&T Message Archiving allows you to reset your password. To do so, navigate to the login page and then click on the “forgot your password” link under the username and password fields. Enter your username and the email address associated with your account, and then click on the Reset Password button. Make a note of the PIN displayed on the password reset page.
