Run a custom summary report in AT&T Message Archiving

We had a few outages last week, and I am trying to get an idea of the type of notifications that came to our AT&T Message Archiving account. Does anyone know if I can get an overview of our messages for a specific time frame?

Yes, AT&T Message Archiving includes a summary report. The report allows you to select from preset timeframes and a custom timeframe. To run a summary report, log in and click on “Summary Report” in the menu on the left. The report displays and defaults to 30 days. Click on “Custom” above the report and use the controls that populate to set the desired start and end date. Check out our tutorial "Running a custom summary report of the archived messages using the AT&T Message Archiving portal" for step-by-step instructions.
