Supported message protocols in AT&T Business Messaging

I’m looking for information on what kind of messages my users could use to receive messages in AT&T Business Messaging. Does anyone have information?

*I am an AT&T employee, and the postings on this site are my own and don't necessarily represent AT&T's position, strategies or opinions.
