using Business Attendant messages
I created my messages and stored them in my Message Library, but when I call my business phone, I get a message saying I'm not available rather than the one I created. Do I have to turn off the voice mail feature on my telephone?

Hello @LizW,
Thank you for your recent posting. We appreciate your participation within the Business Community. Please go here: http://sm.att.com/ddc9ca0
It does say in step two that it's important that you keep the Business Attendant off until setup is completed. Did you do that? Also, check to see if you have it set up to transfer to voicemail. How do you have the business hours set up? I would check all that first.
If you require additional assistance, help is a phone call away: 1-800-321-2000.
Thank you,
