Add a key system emulation group in AT&T Collaborate
We are currently set up with AT&T Collaborate, but most of our lines are still hard-wired desk phones. Does the system have any options to manage that type of line?

Yes, AT&T Collaborate includes a feature called “Key System Emulation” which allows you to use call group functions with analog devices by checking to see if a line is busy and trying another if it is. To add a key system emulation group, select a site by clicking on either “Switch to site view” or “Select a site” and then on “Administration” in the menu on the left. Take a look at our tutorial “Manage key system emulation with AT&T Collaborate” for step-by-step instructions. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
